At WalkingPad, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fitness journey. If your treadmill doesn't fit your space or lifestyle, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Fold your WalkingPad and pack it securely in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and power cords to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a courier pickup at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
