What is the maximum weight capacity for a WalkingPad?
Most WalkingPad models are designed to support a maximum user weight of up to 220 lbs (100 kg), though our heavy-duty models can accommodate up to 240 lbs (110 kg).
How do I fold and store my WalkingPad?
Our patented 180-degree folding technology allows you to simply lift the tail end and fold it over the motor. Once folded, it stands less than 6 inches tall and can be rolled under a bed or sofa using the built-in wheels.
How long does shipping take for my order?
